1. Who we are
Amaya Cabinets & Home Design ("Amaya", "we", "us", "our") is a custom cabinetry and home-design studio serving Greater Miami, Florida. We operate the website at amayahomedesign.com and provide bespoke cabinetry, kitchen and bath design, and full home interiors.

2. What we collect
Information you provide
When you fill out our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), and the project details you describe in your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and talk through your project.
Information collected automatically
Our web server keeps standard technical logs for security and troubleshooting — such as the page requested, response code, browser type, and a timestamp. These logs are kept for a short period and then deleted. The site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site analytics.
What we don't do
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your contact-form inquiry.
- Discuss your project, prepare estimates, and plan the work.
- Stay in touch with you about a project you've asked us about or engaged us for.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
We do not send marketing emails unless you've asked us to.
4. Service providers we work with
Our website is built and maintained for us by Mentes Inc, our web partner, who processes data on our behalf to run the site. A small set of providers support the site and our replies to you:
- DigitalOcean — cloud hosting of the website and its contact database (United States).
- Resend — delivery of the email notification we receive when you submit the form.
- Google Fonts — delivery of the webfont styling used on the site.
These providers process data only to perform the service we've contracted them for, under their own privacy policies.
5. How your inquiry is stored
When you submit the contact form, your message is emailed to our team and saved in a private database on our hosting server so we can follow up with you. We keep it while you're a prospective or active client, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's inaccurate.
- Delete your information ("right to be forgotten").
To make a request, email harold.amaya@yahoo.es with the subject line "Privacy request." We'll respond within a reasonable time.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and the contact form is protected by anti-spam safeguards and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share.
8. Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the revised policy.
